Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between StatsForSkills and you (the "Customer") regarding the processing of personal data.

1. Scope

This DPA applies to the processing of personal data included in resume uploads (e.g., candidate names, emails, employment history) processed via our "Career Intelligence Auditor" feature.

2. Roles

• StatsForSkills: Processor
• Customer: Controller (if using on behalf of others) or Data Subject (if using for self).

3. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
• Strict access controls for our engineers.
• Regular vulnerability scanning.

4. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States by our sub-processors (Google, Stripe). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses).
