Welcome to StatsForSkills ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Our platform aggregates data from various public sources to provide market intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

• No Authenticity Guarantee: We do not verify the authenticity of every job posting scraped.
• Estimation Only: All salary benchmarks, rankings, and skill gaps are statistical estimates, not guarantees of future earnings or employment.
• "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (magic links/OTPs) and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features (e.g., "Career Pro", "Market Guard") require payment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

• Refunds: All one-time purchases (Career Pro) are non-refundable once the report has been generated. Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your "Market Guard" subscription at any time via the Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our data to build a competing market intelligence platform.
• Scrape our website content (we scrape, you don't).
• Upload resumes containing false or malicious information.
